With property tax season just around the corner, I have a thought about what Trump says Mar-a-Lago is worth. He claims it is worth $1.5 billion, while the authorities say it is on worth $37 million. So, I propose that the officials in Florida access his property at $1.5 and that he be taxed at that rate. They also need to go back the allowable number of years and tax his property at that rate.How many of you would send him money to help pay his taxes? Due diligence! You can value your business or property any way you want toIf you are after a loan the bank or other lending institutions must do their Due Diligence and assess it at it’s true value. If they don’t it’s their bad.

George, you got it Backwards! The Judge has stated that Trump deserves many Refunds if the Properties have been Over Valued. Assessed value is what Taxes are based on and the Judge has Assessed the property at far less than it should be!

The judge did not rate the value of Mar-a-Lago at $18 million. Donald Trump did.That is the actual property tax assessment determined by the Palm Beach County tax assessor after the Trump organization argued for the low assessment. That is the amount Trump has actually paid taxes on after convincing the tax office that Mar-a-Lago was worth only that much due to deed restrictions that prevented property development.The judge in New York didn’t do it. Donald Trump did it in order to scam the county in Florida and other taxpayers.Where do you get all your wrong info, CPO?
